Well, I am once more writing a theology essay. I've done 1/3 of it... Which makes me very very happy! Its about the Holy Spirit, and so far I have written about who He is. I had forgotten until starting the esay how much I love to read about and learn about God, and theology. It's something I could do forever, following threads from one book to another, studying topic after topic after topic, opinion after opinion, and all the while deepening my relationship with God. I think that's whay I prefer the Theology aspect of the course, because it gives me a space where I can explore more of Him, and get deeper into the bible, into church history, into looking at where this can take us today. I'm really looking forward to my final section of this essay, where I'm going to explore how we can live out the faith and experience of the Holy Spirit, and as youth workers, encourage the young people we work with to embark on their own journey towards God, through the Holy Spirit, especially in a church situation where the experience of the Holy Spirit is given lipservice but not really practiced, and it is the Holy Spirit who points to Christ, who in turn points to the Father.
